About The Position

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of each guest room and delivering excellent service to guests. The role involves cleaning resort guest rooms and condos, replenishing amenities and supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and completing quality work within set time limits. You will work collaboratively with housekeeping staff and other departments and provide prompt, courteous service.

Requirements

Availability to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, to reflect resort business needs.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, indoors and outdoors.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers, and supervisors.

Responsibilities

Ensure guest rooms meet Department of Health and company cleanliness standards.
Review daily assigned arrivals and departures and obtain supplies needed for housekeeping assignments.
Clean resort guest rooms and condos, including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, and cleaning bathrooms, kitchen areas, and common areas.
Replenish amenities and supplies in each room.
Report maintenance issues, damage, or malfunctioning room equipment to the maintenance department for prompt resolution.
Complete quality cleaning to required standards within set time limits.
Submit lost and found articles left in guestrooms according to procedure.
Collaborate with housekeeping staff and other departments to support efficient operations.
Provide prompt and courteous service to others.
Perform other duties as assigned.
