About The Position

Blue Flame Management is hiring a Housekeeping Lead for the Hampton Inn Dupont. The role includes cleaning assigned rooms; assigning rooms to room attendants by shift and finalizing daily paperwork by the end of the shift; inspecting rooms and common areas each day to ensure quality standards; supervising daily department operations and assigned personnel; assisting with inventory; and maintaining compliance with company policies, practices, procedures, and safety standards.
