About The Position

The Housekeeping & Laundry Assistant is primarily responsible for ensuring that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner in accordance with Trilogy Standards and federal and state regulations. The role may include housekeeping and laundry tasks, supporting a clean and comfortable environment for residents, families, and employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in resident rooms and bathrooms, common areas, offices, and employee areas.
• Perform daily cleaning and deep cleaning for move-ins and move-outs.
• Perform isolation cleaning procedures in accordance with established infection control procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and ensure equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored, including before leaving areas for breaks, meals, and at the end of the workday.
• When assigned laundry tasks, wash and dry resident laundry and linens, deliver and put away laundered items, use, store, and maintain equipment properly, and label resident laundry.
