About The Position

Cibola Vista Resort and Spa in Peoria, AZ is hiring Housekeeping Inspectors to join the team. This role is responsible for maintaining an acceptable level of cleanliness and quality control in guest units and public common areas at the resort while providing outstanding customer service. The inspector will ensure units and common areas meet the resort's quality standards, report and ensure corrective action for any quality issues, and perform inspections using Perfect Room. They will also ensure inventory items are replaced, report maintenance issues and suspicious activities, maintain department asset security, assist with inventory of linen and supplies, exemplify Hilton Values and HGV Inspired Hospitality, and monitor the productivity of housekeeping staff. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to perform multi-task assignments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to work during different shifts.
• Ability to communicate (oral and written) with team members and guests.
• 3+ years housekeeping experience.

Nice To Haves

• Clean and valid driver's license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an acceptable level of cleanliness and quality control in guest units and public common areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service to all owners, guests, and their families.
• Inspect all assigned units to ensure they meet the resort's quality standards.
• Inspect all assigned public common areas.
• Report any problems of quality to management and ensure corrective action is taken.
• Perform inspections on units as designated by management, using Perfect Room.
• Ensure any missing inventory items in the units are replaced before releasing the unit.
• Report any maintenance problems in Synergy and any suspicious activities to security.
• Ensure all assets and supplies for the department are secure in storage at all times.
• Assist management in maintaining an accurate inventory of linen and supplies.
• Exemplify Hilton Values and HGV Inspired Hospitality.
• Monitor productivity of Housekeepers and Housepersons.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
