About The Position

InnVentures is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector for the Courtyard Seattle Kirkland, WA. The Housekeeping team's goal is to make the hotel feel like a home for guests. As a Housekeeping Inspector, your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example will help the department run smoothly to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality, property management or healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close the department each day, reporting room status to the front desk.
• Train, supervise, motivate and recognize the housekeeping staff.
• Assist with laundry operations, inventory, ordering, lost & found and scheduling.
• Inspect and/or clean multiple rooms each day.
• Greet and assist guests with a friendly smile.
• Support our maintenance team by reporting any broken, defective or missing items.
• Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
