About The Position

The Housekeeping Inspector is responsible for inspecting the performance of room attendants and ensuring all areas meet established standards. This role involves constant floor walking, providing feedback to team members, communicating with managers about guest and room issues, and following up on guest requests. The inspector also tracks team member performance and reports results to management. Additionally, the role may involve working on projects and assisting with weekly meetings.

Requirements

• Supervisory experience required.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Excellent oral and written skills.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Experience with Property Management Systems (OPERA, HotSos).
• Drivers License required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect room attendant’s performance and hold them accountable when needed.
• Ensure all areas are up-to-standards by walking floors constantly.
• Offer positive and constructive feedback to team members on a daily basis.
• Maintain an effective communication with managers on guest and room issues.
• Follow up with guest’s requests and ensure work is completed.
• Track team member’s performance and provide manager with accurate results.
• Work on projects as needed.
• Assist with weekly meetings.
