Housekeeping House Attendant (On-Call)
About The Position
Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is hiring an on-call Housekeeping House Attendant to help maintain clean and presentable resort areas and support the housekeeping team. The position reports to the Director of Housekeeping. Responsibilities include cleaning lobbies, elevators, public-area restrooms, employee locker rooms, guest corridors, the Spa and Fitness Club, and other rooms division areas. The attendant also helps room attendants move beds and other furniture within the building. The resort seeks an energetic, experienced customer-service professional with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for service and hospitality, and the ability to multitask. The role requires a flexible team player who accepts assignments as needed. Candidates must be fluent in spoken and written English, able to lift heavy objects, and able to work effectively under pressure. Previous experience in a similar environment and customer-service experience are required. Legal authorization to work in the United States is required. The role may require early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $29.17 per hour. Four Seasons describes its setting as a luxury beachfront resort on Oahu’s western coast in Ko Olina.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication, guest-contact, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Previous experience in a similar environment and customer-service experience.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Service passion.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
