About The Position

Equinox is seeking energetic and enthusiastic Housekeeping Associates to help maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-presented club environment while providing excellent customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. The role includes maintaining club spaces and exercise equipment, supporting locker room and laundry operations, keeping supplies stocked, receiving and storing deliveries, assisting with special events, and notifying the Housekeeping Manager when rooms or equipment need immediate attention. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to support department operations.

Requirements

Must have a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
Ability to service athletic equipment.
Experience working with cleaning products and hand tools.
Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Must have the legal right to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Keep the club and exercise equipment clean and well maintained while providing excellent customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
Ensure the sidewalk entrance and lobby are presentable.
Clean locker rooms and stock locker room consumables.
Clean and organize storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms.
Maintain an adequate supply of towels on the exercise floor.
Provide maintenance for all equipment.
Receive and store deliveries.
Assist with special events.
Notify the Housekeeping Manager when rooms or equipment need immediate attention.
