[solidcore] coaches lead clients through signature 50-minute, full-body, low-impact classes. They teach clients how to use resistance-based machines and motivate them through a challenging workout, adapting support for clients with differing skill levels. Classes are small, allowing coaches to provide personalized attention and accountability in a group setting. Coaches complete [solidcore]'s comprehensive training program, which uses small, selective groups and offers individualized support, feedback, and trackable goals. Prior fitness teaching experience or certification is not required. Coaches help create a welcoming, inclusive fitness space and represent [solidcore]'s brand and culture. The company describes itself as a rapidly expanding national boutique fitness company with more than 100 studios and opportunities for team members to grow. The position requires at least 15 hours of weekday availability each week, coaching at least six classes (approximately nine hours) per week, one full weekend day each week, and at least three holidays per year: one summer holiday, one winter holiday, and one pre- or post-holiday. Starting compensation is $16 per class. After three months of scheduled coaching, coaches may have the opportunity to earn a percentage of total class revenue based on performance. The company also offers a flexible work schedule, paid training, free drop-in classes, and growth potential. Full-time employees may participate in the Solidcares program, which includes unlimited PTO, insurance coverage, and a cell phone stipend.
