About The Position
Regency Oaks, an upscale senior living community in Clearwater, Florida, is seeking a hospitality-focused Housekeeping Associate to join its Independent Living team. The role performs housekeeping functions to maintain an attractive, clean, comfortable, and organized environment that meets residents’ needs and upholds community standards of cleanliness and sanitation. The community emphasizes resident-centered care, hospitality, professionalism, and respectful interactions with residents, coworkers, and guests. This is a PRN position scheduled from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., paying $15.00 per hour.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of housekeeping experience.
- Must pass a Level II background check.
Responsibilities
- Maintain community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
- Perform housekeeping functions to provide an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment that meets residents’ needs.
- Follow the community’s hospitality expectations when interacting with residents, coworkers, and guests, including greeting people warmly, treating them respectfully, anticipating and responding to needs, listening and responding promptly, and maintaining professionalism.
