About The Position
Regency Oaks, an upscale senior living community in Clearwater, Florida, is recruiting a hospitality-focused Housekeeping Associate for its Independent Living team. The associate performs housekeeping functions to maintain an attractive, clean, comfortable, sanitary, and organized environment that meets residents’ needs. The role emphasizes resident-centered service, hospitality, professionalism, attention to detail, and respectful interactions with residents, coworkers, and guests. This is a PRN position scheduled from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., paying $15.00 per hour.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of housekeeping experience.
- Must pass a Level II background check.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Community standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
- Perform housekeeping functions to provide an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment that meets residents’ needs.
- Follow the Community’s hospitality promises when interacting with residents, employees, and guests, including greeting people warmly, treating them courteously, anticipating and responding to needs, listening, and maintaining professionalism.
