About The Position

Concord Park is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to help provide a clean environment for senior residents. The role includes laundry and housekeeping, cleaning residents’ apartments and shared spaces, replenishing supplies, maintaining departmental equipment, and working with a team to complete assignments. The available full-time shift is 7:00 AM–3:30 PM and includes every other weekend. The position is based at Concord Park in Concord, Massachusetts. Pay starts at $18–$19 per hour. Flexible schedules and hours may also be available. The employer describes its work environment as safe, home-like, and fun. Requirements

Ability to stand, lift up to 30 pounds, and bend.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
Be punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

Complete laundry and housekeeping according to the assigned schedule.
Clean residents’ apartments weekly as assigned and perform emergency housekeeping duties as needed.
Clean common spaces, furniture, fixtures, and bathrooms.
Replenish bathroom supplies in common areas as needed.
Take care of equipment used within the department.
Work with a team to complete assignments.
