About The Position
Concord Park is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to help provide a clean environment for senior residents. The position is based at 68 Commonwealth Ave, Concord, Massachusetts. The available full-time shift is 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with every other weekend. The role involves completing laundry and housekeeping assignments, cleaning resident apartments and community spaces, replenishing supplies, caring for departmental equipment, and working with a team.
Requirements
- Ability to stand, lift up to 30 pounds, and bend.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
- Be punctual and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Complete laundry and housekeeping according to the assigned schedule.
- Clean residents’ apartments weekly as assigned and perform emergency housekeeping duties as needed.
- Clean common spaces, furniture and fixtures, and bathrooms.
- Replenish bathroom supplies in common areas as needed.
- Take care of equipment used within the department.
- Work with a team to complete assignments.
