About The Position

The Assistant Executive Housekeeper is a hands-on leadership role responsible for upholding exceptional cleanliness, organization, and guest-experience standards across the resort. This position works side-by-side with the housekeeping team, ensuring daily operations run efficiently while delivering a consistently high-quality product across guest rooms, public areas, and specialty accommodations.

Requirements

  • Experience in housekeeping or hospitality operations, preferably in a resort setting
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to balance hands-on work with operational oversight

  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support day-to-day housekeeping operations
  • Ensure all guest and public spaces meet brand and resort standards
  • Assist in scheduling and managing daily staffing needs
  • Conduct inspections, including VIP and specialty rooms
  • Monitor daily reports and respond to operational demands
  • Train, coach, and develop the housekeeping team members
  • Maintain inventory levels for supplies, linens, and amenities
  • Enforce grooming, uniform, and service standards
  • Step into operational tasks when needed to support the team
  • Assist with administrative responsibilities, including payroll, reporting, and documentation
