About The Position
Ripley Entertainment is looking for talent to join their Operations/Housekeeping department for the 2nd shift. The role focuses on maintaining the appearance, comfort, and safety of the inside and outside of the attraction, specializing in entertaining families. Availability on Sundays, Mondays, or both is required.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in both hot and cold weather conditions
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work around chemical cleaning solutions
- Knowledge of how to properly use cleaning equipment
- Ability to work well in a team atmosphere
- Ready to provide excellent customer service
Responsibilities
- Sweeping, mopping and polish floors
- Vacuum, clean and extract carpets
- Dust throughout the attraction
- Empty and clean trash containers
- Clean restrooms
- Wipe down glass and acrylic surfaces
- Operate cleaning equipment as needed
- Monitor for and report necessary repairs
- Be self motivated
