Housekeeping and Laundry Manager
About The Position
Pine Haven Christian Communities is seeking a hands-on leader to manage the Housekeeping, Laundry, and Environmental Services teams across its campuses. The role focuses on supporting and developing team members, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring residents have a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The manager maintains standards for cleanliness, sanitation, infection control, and regulatory compliance; manages departmental budgets, supplies, equipment, and inventory; coordinates linen and other item transportation between campuses; and works with other departments to improve services and resident satisfaction. The position also identifies improvement opportunities and promotes a safe, positive, team-oriented work environment.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- At least five years of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related medical setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to teamwork, quality service, and positive working relationships.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
