About The Position

The Housekeeping Aide provides cleaning and laundry services to maintain a safe, sanitary, comfortable, and homelike environment for residents, staff, and the public. The role calls for a supportive presence with residents, teamwork toward excellent care, and the stamina, strength, and endurance needed to perform cleaning services. Team members are expected to demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values—Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence—to residents, family members, customers, and staff.

Requirements

• Demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Stamina, strength, and endurance to provide cleaning services.
• Ability to work toward a common goal with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services for residents, staff, and the public.
• Provide laundry services.
• Help maintain a safe, sanitary, comfortable, and homelike environment.
