About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a Housekeeping Aide at its inpatient facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. Avenues is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers offering individualized treatment across multiple levels of care.

The Housekeeping Aide maintains the cleanliness and smooth functioning of the property and plant, performs routine custodial duties, and provides operational support as needed by the Executive Director. The role includes completing regular facility-upkeep checklists and reporting completed work and concerns.

Requirements

• No formal education is required.
• If in recovery, at least one year of sustained sobriety is required.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Dignified, honest character that models recovery principles.

Nice To Haves

• At least two years of related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and smooth function of the property and plant.
• Perform routine custodial duties, including cleaning, restocking, and removing garbage.
• Provide operational support as required by the Executive Director.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure the facility is clean and maintained.
• Report completed activities and escalate concerns to the Executive Director.
