About The Position

The Housekeeping Aide, described as a Guest Environment Expert, helps maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel and contributes to a memorable guest experience. Duties may include responding to guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, and completing other similar housekeeping tasks. The role requires a hands-on, mobile approach to work and the ability to perform reasonable job duties as requested.

The employee is expected to help ensure a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality and quality standards, and maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication. Requirements

• Able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time.
• Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
