About The Position

Lifespark Senior Living is hiring a full-time Housekeeping Aide/Housekeeper for Legacy of Delano, a senior living community in Delano, Minnesota, with assisted living, independent living, and memory care apartments. The role performs housekeeping and cleaning functions to maintain facility standards and provide a safe, sanitary environment for residents. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The hourly pay range is $16.50–$21.00, depending on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a long-term care facility or acute care center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and waste disposal procedures in accordance with facility policy.
• Use housekeeping equipment properly.
• Maintain knowledge of the chemicals used in the facility.
• Report areas observed to be in poor repair to a supervisor.
• Dispense soap, paper, and other housekeeping supplies as directed.
• Follow infection control procedures while working.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
