About The Position
The Housekeeper maintains clean resident apartments and common areas to foster a welcoming environment. The role follows chemical safety protocols to protect residents and team members and engages with residents compassionately, reflecting the values of love, compassion, and dignity. The Housekeeper participates in ongoing learning through educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences. This is a temporary, full-time position expected to last three months, working the first shift at Heritage Woods of Charleston in Charleston, Illinois. The listed pay is $15.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
Nice To Haves
- High school graduate or GED equivalent preferred.
- Prior Assisted/Supportive Living experience preferred.
