About The Position
The Housekeeper maintains clean resident apartments and common areas while fostering a welcoming environment. The role follows chemical safety protocols to help ensure the safety of residents and team members. Housekeepers engage with residents compassionately, reflecting the values of love, compassion, and dignity in every interaction. They also participate in ongoing learning and development through educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
Nice To Haves
- High school graduate or GED equivalent preferred.
- Prior Assisted/Supportive Living experience preferred.
