About The Position
The Housekeeper maintains clean resident apartments and common areas, helping foster a welcoming environment. The role follows chemical safety protocols to protect residents and team members and engages with residents compassionately, reflecting the values of love, compassion, and dignity in every interaction. The Housekeeper also participates in ongoing learning and development through educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
Nice To Haves
- High school graduate or GED equivalent preferred.
- Prior assisted or supportive living experience preferred.
Responsibilities
