About The Position

Willow Springs Center has an opening for a full time housekeeper! SCHEDULE: Friday-tuesday 6:00am-2:30pm. Work at Willow Springs Center is a life path. The Housekeeper provides operational support to ensure the facility is safe, clean and in good repair.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Experience working in a health care environment a plus.
• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Follows all procedures for cleaning areas in the RTC and Outpatient facility.
• Ensures chemicals are contained as required by policy.
• Utilizes the appropriate equipment when cleaning in the facility.
• Vacuums, dusts, and cleans services as required by procedures.
• Ensures chemicals are mixed in accordance to required compositions.
• Refills all paper products as needed.
• Reports unsafe or broken equipment to Plant Staff for repairs.
• Understands “Lock Out “procedures.
• Retrieves soiled laundry from the units.
• Ensures clean linens are available for use at all times.
• Follows all OSHA Standards on handling laundry.
