About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Student Housekeeper to assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of campus facilities within Saint Xavier University. Responsibilities

• Performs custodial tasks and maintenance of areas such as classrooms, offices and auditoriums.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Washes, dusts and polishes glass including windows, woodwork, walls, furniture and metal equipment; Cleans whiteboards and other classroom surfaces.
• Cleans and sanitizes sinks, water fountains, and/or fixture in restrooms and similar environments.
• Performs event set-up for university functions.
• Maintains assigned closets and equipment in a neat, clean and safe working condition.
• Removes snow and ice from stairways and walkways around buildings; Salts stairways and walkways.
• Reports need for repairs.
• Immediately reports any and all unsafe conditions.
