About The Position

A & R Hospitality Group is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in all guestrooms. The Housekeeper promotes safety in guest areas by following procedures for passkeys and guestroom entry and by reporting suspicious activity. The role requires a commitment to high-quality standards and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Clean all rooms to exceed hotel and company standards.
• Be responsible for uniforms, equipment, and supplies.
• Communicate with staff about the status of cleaned rooms.
• Respond courteously and promptly to guest concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas.
• Inform management of hazardous situations, emergencies, or security threats.
• Follow procedures for passkeys and guestroom entry and report suspicious activity.
