About The Position

Porters Neck Village is hiring a full-time, hospitality-focused Housekeeping Associate to perform housekeeping and laundry functions throughout the senior living community. The role helps maintain an attractive, clean, comfortable, and well-organized environment that meets residents’ needs and reflects the community’s standards of cleanliness and sanitation. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and the position pays $15 per hour. Housekeepers may work around household pets, including cats and dogs, and walk between homes in inclement weather. The community emphasizes hospitality, professionalism, attention to detail, respect, timely and enthusiastic responses, anticipating residents’ needs, accountability, and valuing differences. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to work around household pets, such as cats and dogs.
Ability to work in inclement weather while walking from home to home.

Nice To Haves

Three to six months of experience in a housekeeping or janitorial position preferred.
