About The Position

EMBREY is hiring a Housekeeper for its property management team at Sandstone Ridge in Midland, Texas. The Housekeeper maintains the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service. The role is hourly and full-time.

Requirements

• One year of housekeeping experience in property management or a similar position.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Pass a criminal background check, non-DOT testing, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain vacant units for leasing, the main office, recreational rooms, model units, restrooms, and laundry facilities daily.
• Maintain inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment and notify the Maintenance Supervisor of items to order.
• Help ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
