Housekeeper (Full Time)
About The Position
Crothall Healthcare is hiring a full-time Housekeeper at Lehigh Valley Health Network in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The role performs light cleaning to maintain a clean and orderly healthcare establishment. Duties include cleaning rooms and halls, making beds, replenishing and changing linens, and vacuuming. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with rotating weekends and holidays required. The fixed pay rate is $17.75 per hour. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred. Crothall Healthcare provides specialized support services to the healthcare industry and emphasizes caring, safety, detail, and teamwork. The Housekeeper contributes to team efforts and provides attentive customer service to guests, customers, and colleagues.

- Prior housekeeping experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service with attention to individual needs and detail.
- Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
- Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
- Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
- Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
- Empty and clean trash containers, and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.
- Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
- Wipe down glass surfaces.
- Make beds and change linens as required.
- Realign furniture and amenities according to the prescribed layout.
- Respond to guest queries and requests.
- Respond to housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses.
- Contribute to team efforts and demonstrate professionalism with customers, associates, and others.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
