Housekeeper (Full Time)
About The Position
Crothall Healthcare is hiring a full-time Housekeeper at Lonesome Pine Hospital in Big Stone Gap, Virginia. The role performs light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and orderly hospital environment, including cleaning rooms and halls, making beds, replenishing linens, and vacuuming. The position pays $12.77 per hour. No prior experience is required. Shifts are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.; workdays may vary. Further schedule details are provided during the interview. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, quality customer service.
- Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
- Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
- Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
- Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
- Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.
- Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers; wipe down glass surfaces.
- Make beds and change linens as required.
- Arrange furniture and amenities according to the prescribed layout.
- Respond to guest queries and requests.
- Respond to housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses.
- Contribute to team efforts and exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
