Requirements

• Command of English language to communicate effectively with other employees
• High School Graduate or GED
• Prior cleaning experience in an office complex for 1 year

Responsibilities

• Maintain all office areas in a clean and orderly condition including restrooms and other public areas
• Perform dusting, mopping, waxing, or buffing floors
• Remove trash including regular and recycling
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
• Polish fixtures and/or trimmings
• Carpet Cleaning
• Waxing VCT floor tile
