About The Position

Environment Control of Wisconsin is seeking part-time cleaners for immediate openings in Pewaukee, WI. We are a growing company that has been in business since 1972, serving over 350 customers across Wisconsin. We pride ourselves on having satisfied customers and employees who feel respected and valued. Our managers are well-trained, treat employees with decency and respect, and hold them to a high standard of cleaning while working alongside them to improve. Many of our managers are bilingual in Spanish. We offer opportunities for advancement, with the chance to be promoted into a supervisor in training by demonstrating leadership. We provide weekly paychecks, bonuses, and a generous job referral program. While the cleaning jobs are not overly strenuous, they require consistent movement including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting/carrying up to 40 pounds. Tasks may include trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning restrooms. All necessary supplies are provided.

Requirements

Ability to work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, starting after 5:30 pm.
Work 4 hours daily.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
Must pass a background check.
Must be able to move consistently, including walking, standing, bending, and reaching.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, as many managers are bilingual.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties such as trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning restrooms.
Move consistently for the duration of the job, including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting/carrying up to 40 pounds.
Adhere to high standards of cleaning as set by management.
