About The Position

Concierge Care is seeking Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for multiple clients in the Nocatee and surrounding St. Johns County area. These positions offer long-term, one-on-one home care in private residences. Several opportunities provide 40+ hours per week, with additional schedules available for those seeking fewer hours. These are W-2 positions with weekly pay and flexible PRN scheduling.

Requirements

• Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify).
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• CPR certification.
• Social Security card.
• A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases.
• Completed CEUs: 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication.
• Required dementia training through Elder Affairs.
• Authorization for a comprehensive background review, including civil and criminal history records, driving records, birth records, and any other public records.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term, one-on-one home care in private residences.
• Offer care during various shifts including mornings, daytime, afternoons, evenings, and overnights.
• Build consistent weekly hours through recurring long-term schedules or flexible PRN options.
