About The Position

Residential Niche has partnered with ADDA to recruit a Housekeeper for an apartment community in Pueblo, Colorado. The Housekeeper maintains the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, management offices, amenities, and vacant units, helping provide a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff.

The role involves routine cleaning and sanitizing, preparing vacant apartments for new residents, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment. The Housekeeper also reports safety concerns, maintenance issues, and property damage, follows company policies and safety standards, and assists with special projects and seasonal cleaning as assigned.

Work takes place both indoors and outdoors within an apartment community, with regular exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including bending, standing, and climbing stairs.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience, particularly in residential or commercial settings.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize common areas, including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, laundry rooms, fitness centers, and community spaces.
• Thoroughly clean vacant apartment units, including kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, appliances, and fixtures, in preparation for new residents.
• Perform routine dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing, and trash removal.
• Restock restroom and supply areas as needed.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report repair or replacement needs to management.
• Identify and promptly report safety concerns, maintenance issues, and property damage.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Assist with special projects and seasonal cleaning as assigned.
