About The Position

The Housekeeper performs commercial cleaning at Radwell International in Willingboro, New Jersey, using ServiceMaster TBS Division’s cleaning task schedules, products, tools, and procedures. Duties include routine and weekly detailed cleaning. On-the-job training is provided to candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., at $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

Arrive at the work location at the scheduled time and work within the allotted hours.
Respect co-workers and customers and maintain a pleasant attitude.
Wear the proper uniform at all times.
Be able to differentiate between cleaning products and their uses.
Be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Be able to stand, walk, push, stoop, kneel, and crouch constantly.
Have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Follow ServiceMaster TBS Division’s commercial cleaning task schedules.
Empty trash.
Dust furniture, including desks, chairs, and tables, and exposed surfaces such as window sills, ledges, and moldings.
Clean glass and mirrors.
Clean and sanitize restrooms using ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
Vacuum and mop floors.
Perform weekly detailed cleaning.
Use personal protective equipment where required.
Complete special client requests and record them in the company log.
Follow company policies and procedures and contribute to a positive work climate.
