Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping, hospitality, senior living, or healthcare experience
- Experience using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Knowledge of safe chemical handling and sanitation practices
- Familiarity with apartment or residential cleaning environments
- Experience in environments focused on customer service or hospitality excellence
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain resident apartments, cottages, and common areas to ensure a fresh, welcoming environment
- Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks in alignment with department standards
- Safely use and maintain cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment
- Support a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents in our Independent Living community
- Maintain organized workspaces and ensure equipment is properly cleaned and stored
- Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or repair needs promptly
- Handle linens, trash removal, and apartment turnovers with care and attention to detail
- Promote resident well-being by following housekeeping and sanitation best practices
- Deliver excellent service while respecting resident privacy, independence, and personal belongings
- Support team initiatives, seasonal projects, and community-wide cleaning efforts as needed
