About The Position

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of resident apartments and community common areas. The role involves responding promptly to resident and guest needs and requests, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, and potentially assisting with resident emergencies. The schedule is Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Ability to solve practical problems and handle situations with limited standardization.
• Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, hallways, and other common areas.
• Help prepare vacant apartments for resident move-ins.
• Respond promptly to resident and guest needs and requests.
• Help respond to resident emergencies when asked.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and coworkers.
