About The Position

Performs tasks to ensure the overall cleanliness and proper appearance of vacant apartment homes, the leasing office, and other amenities, enhancing and maintaining the property’s appeal.

Requirements

Hold a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
Be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods; bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
Be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
Be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
Be able to work a flexible schedule, including taking call during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties, attend training classes or business meetings, or meet other job-related needs.

Responsibilities

Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, models, amenities, and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed by a supervisor.
Freshen vacant apartment homes and designated show units throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal.
Assist with the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager.
Inform the appropriate supervisor of observed hazards or potentially dangerous situations affecting residents, team members, guests, or others.
Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the appropriate supervisor when supplies need to be reordered.
