About The Position

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of resident apartments and the common areas of the community. The role includes general cleaning, preparing vacant apartments for resident move-ins, and responding promptly to resident and guest needs. The Housekeeper may also be asked to help respond to resident emergencies and is expected to maintain a positive, professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and coworkers.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Ability to solve practical problems and handle situations with limited standardization.
• Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, hallways, and other common areas.
• Help prepare empty apartments for resident move-ins.
• Respond quickly to resident and guest needs and requests.
• Help respond to resident emergencies when asked.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and coworkers.
