About The Position

The Housekeeper maintains the cleanliness of resident apartments and community common areas. The role involves responding promptly to residents’ and guests’ needs and requests, and maintaining a positive, professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and coworkers. The Housekeeper may also be asked to assist with resident emergencies.

The position is full-time, on the day shift, with every-other-weekend (EOW) work required. The hourly rate is $18.00. No prior experience is required; training is provided.

Requirements

• Communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Solve practical problems and handle situations with limited standardization.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, hallways, and other common areas.
• Help prepare vacant apartments for resident move-ins.
• Respond promptly to residents’ and guests’ needs and requests.
• Assist with resident emergencies when asked.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and coworkers.
