About The Position

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of resident apartments and community common areas. The role includes general cleaning and helping prepare vacant apartments for resident move-ins. The Housekeeper responds promptly to resident and guest needs and requests, may assist with resident emergencies, and maintains a positive, professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and coworkers. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The hourly rate is $18.00.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Ability to solve practical problems and handle situations with limited standardization.
• Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, hallways, and other common areas.
• Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.
• Respond quickly to resident and guest needs and requests to support their satisfaction.
• Help respond to resident emergencies when asked.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and coworkers.
