About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team at The Crestone Senior Living in Olathe, KS. This full-time position involves making each resident's room a comfortable, clean, and cozy place to live, as well as ensuring all common areas, from the lobby to the employee break room, are tidy and clean. Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care across 7 states, employing nearly 2,500 individuals.

Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
  • Must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
  • Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
  • Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at the time of health screening.
  • Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

  • Providing housekeeping services for residents to make each area a comfortable, clean, and cozy place to live.
  • Ensuring each area, from the lobby to the employee break room, is tidy and clean, with everything in its place.
