About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Fremont located at 1520 E. Bates, Springfield, MO 65804. In this role, you will be responsible for making each room a home by providing housekeeping services for residents, ensuring each area is a comfortable, clean, and cozy place to live. You will also ensure that all areas, from the lobby to the employee break room, are tidy and clean, with everything in its place.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
• Must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
• Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
• Must be criminally cleared.
