About The Position

The Housekeeper Room Care associate cleans and services assigned guest rooms promptly and in an organized manner, following hotel procedures and standards. The role helps maintain guest satisfaction by ensuring rooms are clean and responding to guest requests in a friendly, timely manner. The housekeeper also keeps the linen cart stocked and orderly, reports maintenance concerns and lost-and-found items, and safeguards issued equipment, keys, and supplies. The position requires attention to detail, organization, the ability to work independently and with a team, physical ability to perform cleaning duties and handle supplies or equipment, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred. Benefits listed apply to full-time associates only.
