About The Position

NHC HealthCare West Plains is seeking a dependable, compassionate Housekeeper / Laundry Assistant to help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for patients and staff. The role includes cleaning patient rooms, bathrooms, hallways, furniture, and equipment; emptying garbage; and handling laundry from gathering and washing through drying, folding, and storage. The assistant operates washers and dryers and helps with other housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed. The position requires being on your feet for 7–8 hours a day, lifting heavy objects, and working with standard cleaning chemicals. Requirements
