About The Position

The Environmental Services II Hospitality Associate cleans areas of the facility in accordance with expectations set by the center’s leadership team. The role supports a safe, sanitary environment and contributes to improving the patient experience through effective, efficient cleaning services.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in healthcare preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in housekeeping or a service-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and sanitation expectations.
• Maintain Environmental Services uniform and personal appearance standards at all times.
• Report hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Collaborate with leadership on recommendations for improving the patient experience.
• Identify under-serviced or un-serviced areas and determine how services can be provided.
• Adapt cleaning processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Use supplies and resources correctly to eliminate waste.
