About The Position
Saint Anselm College, a private liberal arts college in the Benedictine tradition, has immediate openings for full-time custodians/housekeepers. The position involves general cleaning of an assigned campus building and event set-ups. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with occasional Saturdays and potential overtime. Successful candidates will be able to assist the college in furthering its strategic goals for institution-wide diversity and inclusiveness.
Requirements
- Ability to lift equipment such as a vacuum cleaner or floor buffer weighing 15–30 pounds.
- Ability to understand and follow written instructions, chemical labels, and warnings.
Nice To Haves
- High school education is desirable.
- General knowledge and skills related to routine housekeeping are desirable.
- Commercial or institutional cleaning experience is desirable.
- Related experience in a similar workplace setting is a plus.
