About The Position

The Custodian/Housekeeper, under the direction of the Operations Manager, is responsible for the cleanliness of the indoor and outdoor grounds of the MetraPark facility and performs other job-related duties as requested. The role maintains cleanliness and sanitization across public spaces, administrative offices, and other assigned areas, following established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school graduation or a High Set (formerly GEC) credential.
• One year of experience in general housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, and/or grounds maintenance.
• Possession of a valid Montana driver’s license.
• Must pass a criminal and driving background check and meet County-specific employment eligibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitization in MetraPark public spaces, administrative offices, and other assigned areas.
• Clean assigned areas in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Keep areas free of debris and trash.
• Mop floors, vacuum, remove gum, and clean marks and blemishes from multiple surfaces.
• Operate floor cleaners, buffers, carpet shampooers, and waxing and sealing equipment.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
