Household Manager

Sage Haus•Dallas, TX
•$35 - $40•Onsite

About The Position

We are a busy family navigating an exciting transition as we split our time between two homes, with Dallas becoming our primary base over time. Both parents have demanding careers, and with young children at home, we are looking for thoughtful support that helps our household feel calm, organized, and ready no matter what season of life we are in. As we continue settling into our home and building the long-term systems and support team around us, we are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in creating order and making a home run smoothly. The goal is to reduce the daily mental load, create sustainable systems, and give us more time and energy to focus on our family and careers. We appreciate someone who naturally notices what needs attention, takes ownership, and understands the rhythm of a well-run home. This may look like maintaining clear surfaces, keeping household systems organized, preparing the home before and after travel, managing the small details that are easy to overlook, and helping transitions between homes feel seamless. We are looking for a long-term partner who will grow with our family and become someone we trust deeply in our home. The right person will be comfortable working independently, communicating proactively through digital tools like text and photos, and treating our home with the same care and attention they would bring to their own.

  • Uses good judgment, prioritizes what matters most, and follows through.
  • Knows how to find the right solution when something falls outside expertise, whether that means coordinating with a vendor, researching options, or bringing in additional support.
  • Organized by nature and appreciates thoughtful systems, but also flexible and collaborative.
  • Understands that every household has its own rhythms and preferences, and enjoys learning how a home operates while bringing own expertise and ideas to make things run more efficiently.
