Household Manager & Family Assistant

Sage HausBarrie, ON

About The Position

We are a busy, hardworking family who thrives on productivity but is often caught in the whirlwind of balancing work and personal life. Both parents work from home, and while the core hours are typically from 9 AM to 5 PM, the reality is that work never really stops. We have two teenagers. The family dynamic is often hectic, and we find ourselves constantly juggling responsibilities. We also have two small puppies who add their own energy to the household and require attention. Our goal is to create a better balance between our personal and professional lives. We want to spend more time focusing on work, supporting our kids in their activities, and taking moments for ourselves as a couple. However, our current environment feels overwhelming, and there's a never-ending list of household tasks that often gets pushed aside. From organizing the garage to simple maintenance tasks like changing a furnace filter, it's easy for things to slip through the cracks. We’re seeking someone who can bring structure, organization, and support into our home. You’ll play a key role in helping us stay on top of daily tasks, making our home a comfortable and well-maintained place to live. With the right person on board, we can take a step back from the mental load of home management and create more room for relaxation and quality time. Trustworthiness, independence, and the ability to take initiative are crucial, as we need someone who can confidently take charge of the home without needing constant direction. We value a proactive, hands-on approach that will allow us to enjoy a more organized, stress-free environment.
